Often what we desire may not always be what’s best for our lives and can possibly hurt us. However, God’s will may not always be what we want but it will give us joy and peace in the end.

Understanding The Principle of Prayer

Prayer is more than just asking God about your own personal desires as this seems to be the general idea that many people have. However, it’s about aligning with God’s purpose for your life and God’s divine will.

 Sometimes, unanswered prayers is not God forgetting about you or God not loving you but a sign to draw closer to God to find out God’s divine plan for your life. True prayer is about supplication in submitting to God’s will regardless of how hard it might seem.

God’s will won’t always be easy as sometimes we may desire something tremendously hoping that God answers. However, a true servant of Jesus Christ will submit to God and trust that God knows what the best plan for their lives is.

Being servants of the Most High God means that this life is longer our own, but our life now belongs to the Most High God. We can no longer follow our own path, but we obey God’s plan for our lives now being sons and daughters of Jesus Christ.

Possible Reasons God Doesn’t Answer Some Prayers

1.      Not Yet God’s Timing

God’s timing is different than man’s timing as God’s thoughts is above our thoughts. God’s silence right now may be a delay in preparation for something else that God has in store for us. What God has in store can even exceed our own expectations. For instance, a man might pray to God for a cheap used car.

God might seem silent right now and later bless that man with a new job and a new car. Waiting can help build patience and trust in knowing that we must fully rely on Jesus Christ.

Waiting on God’s perfect timing helps us to rely on walking with God by faith and not sight. God’s timing helps us to remain humble and to remain in the spirit of God and not the flesh.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight” (2nd Corinthians 5:7)

2.      The Prayer Doesn’t Align with God’s Will

God sees the bigger picture and God knows what will give a person true happiness that will last long term. Sometimes our personal desires may bring temporary happiness that is short-term but may leave long-term damage later.

When you keep praying to God for a request and a long period of time goes by without an answer may be a sign to seek God’s face. There might be a reason why God is not answering some of your prayers. It may be time to face the reality that your prayer may not be what God has planned for your life.

3.      Unconfessed Sin or Wrong Objectives

Sin has consequences that can hinder your relationship with God as God doesn’t hear the prayers of sinners. Before you ask God for something, make sure that you are seeking God’s will and living for God and not the world.

Before you expect a blessing from God, you must possess a humble heart and be in alignment with God’s plan. Selfish motives will lead to your prayer not being answered and in turn you will need to repent and spend time with God.

“Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth” (John 9:31).

4.      God Has Something Better Planned

Sometimes, unanswered prayers is God redirecting you towards a greater blessing in store. What seems like silence to man may be God preparing a greater blessing in the making. God might be getting ready to give you more than what you expected.

God’s silence can feel like rejection to man but may be divine protection from certain things or people that can harm God’s people. God loves his children and desires for us to prosper. One way God desires his children to prosper is shielding us from danger that lies ahead.

When God has something better planned, you can be assured that the blessing coming will be big and worth the wait. The wait may seem long at first, but it will pay off in the end with a blessing that gives God’s children peace.

“God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect” (Hebrews 11:40).

How To Respond When Prayers Go Unanswered

1.      Reflect and Seek God’s Wisdom

Take the time to slow down and examine yourself to see if your prayers going unanswered can be due to your actions. Sometimes it can be hard to acknowledge and look at our own motives and actions, but it is necessary in spiritual growth. What may seem harmless can be what is blocking our prayers from being answered.

Understanding that we must take accountability and examine our own faults is crucial in obtaining God’s blessings for our lives. If we can’t examine our own ways, then we have not fully submitted to God and may be walking in a spirit of pride.

2.      Strengthen Relationship with God

Continue to seek God’s will by fasting and praying to be in the spirit with God and not of the flesh. Reading scripture to evaluate if our desired prayers may be in alignment or a violation of God’s word. For instance, a man praying for a married woman to be his wife is a violation of God’s word as it operates in the sin of adultery.

Intimacy with God involves disconnecting from the world and being in the spirit to seek God’s plan for your life. Tuning the world out is necessary to hear the voice of God to be led by the Holy Spirit.

3.      Practice Gratitude and Trust

Even when God seem silent, gratitude helps believers to remain humble and to better understand why God does not answer some prayers. In times of silence, a person’s character prevails as it shows where their heart is at.

It’s easy to say you love God when life is easy and going your way, but many people fail the test when trials happen such as some prayers not being answered by God. Learning to trust even when God’s path is going in your direction is a sign of humility.

God’s divine plan may not always be what we want but God wants his people to trust him and walk with God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Being Chosen By The Most High God

Being chosen by God is a special calling that is upon a person’s life that is often discussed in Christianity. The bible makes it clear that “Many are called but few are chosen” (Matthew 22:14). Being chosen by God means that God has placed a special purpose upon your life as you are not a regular person.

God has chosen you to be a light amongst the world as God will use you mightily to impact the world and to bring changes to many lives.

Like the Prophet Jeremiah who God knew before the foundation of the world and from inside of him mother’s womb.

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)

God knew his chosen people before the foundation of the world. God handpicked you to follow him and to obey God’s will for your life. Being chosen by God brings favor upon your life as God has preordained your path to success.

“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will” (Ephesians 1:11).

When God has ordained you for success and predestined your path, no evil plan of the enemy can stop you. It is one thing when man tries to make his own plans according to his own will, but it is a different circumstance when God has ordained your path to success. God’s will never fail as everything that God does is good.

Being chosen by God is a special calling as stated with all the tremendous blessings and favor that God has in store for his people who are seeking Jesus Christ and following his will.

However, being chosen by God is a walk that you must have tough skin because it will not always be easy. Being chosen by God means that you will face persecution from many people in the world including possibly your own family and friends.

 “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you” (John 15:19).

You will face persecution when walking in God’s plans and striving to live for Jesus Christ. For instance, at your workplace your coworkers might offer you to go out together after work and get drunk at the club. You refuse to partake in sin and now your coworkers might deem you strange, weird or start to dislike you.

Not only will you face persecution from the world, but you will be tested by satan who is always looking to tempt God’s people into sin. For instance, when Jesus came off his 40 days fast, satan was the first one to show up and try to tempt the messiah. However, Jesus Christ knew what satan was doing and rebuked the enemy with scriptures. (Matthew 4:1-11).

Being chosen by God means that you cannot allow open doors for the enemy to destroy you as satan is looking for ways to destroy God’s people. A tremendous example is satan using Delilah to weaken Samson who was a mighty warrior of God (Judges 16:17). Satan’s goal is to get people to disobey God to die in sin and to go to hell.

It is vital as child of God to stay close to God and to eliminate any possible distractions, places or people that can stray you away from God. Being chosen by God means that not everybody can be in your circle because not everyone who smiles is your friend. The wrong company in your circle can hinder your walk with God and even destroy your life.

“Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners” (1 Corinthians 15:33).

An example of bad company corrupting a chosen man/woman of Jesus Christ is your friend going outside and starting trouble with someone in the neighborhood. Now you go hang out with your friend and that person in the neighborhood now might target both of you because they think that you agree with their actions.

In that split second your life can change as the people you hang with reflects your character as birds of a feather flock together.

Being chosen by God is a tremendous blessing but it still comes with a heavy price as you must understand that you must be a God pleaser not a man pleaser. You cannot seek to please people because following Jesus Christ might cause you to make decisions that might displease a lot of people. For instance, a Godly man who no longer cusses with his guy friends, and he now spends time in the house getting closer to God.

The road will not be easy following Jesus Christ, but it is worth it in the end when we reach our eternal home in heaven with our savior Jesus Christ. Amen

Are You Idolizing Sports Above Jesus Christ?

Sports are a major factor in many societies across the world with many people especially men watching sports daily. It is quite common for a lot of people to discuss when the next game is coming on and even for people to place bets on which team will win, especially during the championships. However, many people fail to realize that they have made sports their idol God without even realizing.

You must understand that there is nothing wrong or sinful about watching sports but spending all your time on sports instead of God is where idolatry comes in. “Thou shalt have no other gods before me” (Exodus 20:3). Many people fail to realize this scripture is a reality that we must all pay attention to as it is one of God’s 10 commandments.

Many people when they read this scripture might believe that only worshipping another God or being apart of another religion falls in line with idolatry. However, the true definition of idolatry is putting anything above God. This can be your kids, spouse, friends, materialistic possessions, and sports.

Many people put sports and their respective leagues such as the NBA and NFL above Jesus Christ. It sometimes used to baffle me when I would hear people especially men who can memorize athletes and their stats. They can tell you how many points, assists, rebounds the average NBA player is averaging per game but can they tell you about their spiritual walk with Jesus Christ.

Let us face the reality in the fact that keeping up with sports and memorizing an athlete’s stats is not benefiting the average person’s life. Many people idolize sports but is there life fully in order? Are you exceling in your dreams? Are you satisfied with your career? These are some questions that people should consider.

Memorizing another athlete’s statistics is not doing any justice to your life or helping you to get further. I have seen arguments and fights break out especially with men often arguing over which player is better, which team will win the championship this season etc. They are fighting over sports while the athletes are rich making millions and these men arguing are working regular jobs often that they do not enjoy.

Imagine fighting over athletes and arguing over which NBA player or NFL player is the best when they do not even know that you exist. Imagine a person arguing over if LeBron James or Michael Jordan is the best basketball player alive when both men do not even know who this person is. This is why it is essential that we live in this world as followers of God, but we are not of this world.

The world follows trends and idolizes athletes while failing to worship the Most High God. They can tell you everything about an athlete and their performance than they can about God. They even can quote an athlete in game statistics but what about keeping up with their own personal life statistics such as following God, having the right friends, or making the right choices.

When you learn the reality of this truth, you realize that sports idolatry does not even make sense. People fight over sports while the athletes get richer from people watching sports on TV, buying tickets, and buying merchandise. In the end, the athletes win and make money while the fans are left being fans with no personal connection to these sports stars.

Now ask yourself this question: If something bad happened to you such as a car accident God forbid, would these athletes or celebrities overall reach out to you? If we are being honest, the answer 99.9% of the time would be no. People around the world get excited and idolize athletes while on many occasions, these athletes mainly care about themselves and their inner circle.

Your life and what your going through is not even on their mind or their focus. There are millions of people around the world with athletes on their phone wallpaper, bedroom posters, backpacks and some fans even paint their favorite sports team on their body when going to the game. Now these scenarios help illustrate how prevalent sports idolatry is in society amongst many people.

Let us factor in how this makes God feel who is the creator of everything. Let us dive into this from God’s perspective. Imagine creating humans and they worship the created over the creator. A person would rather look up to an athlete than God who wakes them up every day and God allows them to have jobs, food, clothes, houses etc.

God allows you to have breath in your body and has kept many of us alive even in situations where we sinned against God. “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2nd Peter 3:9).

God even loved us to the point that God the Father sent God the Son who volunteered and died for our sins to have eternal life. God loved us so much that he did not want us to perish and go to hell and burn in the Lake of Fire forever. “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed” (1 Peter 2:24).

Jesus Christ died so that we can be free from sin and to allow us as human beings to be able to enter heaven after we die. Now ask yourself this question: Would your favorite sports team or athlete die for you if they knew you were in trouble and needed help?

We can confidently say no to this question and now see why idolatry is such a dangerous sin to be in. God has been so good to us and for us to neglect God or put anything above Jesus Christ is unexplainable. Idolatry is a sin that is often not discussed even in church, but it is a dangerous sin that will lead many into eternal fire.

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8).

Let us not fall away or turn from the Most High God who has done everything for us even dying for our sins. Jesus Christ who is God in flesh came to earth, was persecuted, beat up, and hanged on a cross in pain just so we as people would not have to face eternal fire. If this does not explain how much God loves us, then I do not know what will.

Jesus Christ deserves all the praises and let us worship him and not put sports or anything above him. There is a classic phrase used by those who play basketball competitively that “ball is life.” However, let me rephrase that and let us now state that Jesus Christ is life.

Let us honor Jesus Christ and put him first in our lives as we will give an account for everything including what we put as first place in our lives. “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2nd Corinthians 5:10).

Athletes are just people just like you and me with the only difference being that they are famous and rich. However, they still eat, drink, and feel emotions just like us as regular people. Further, highlighting the reality of idolizing athletes as being a funny idea.

Once it is finished, everything on this earth will pass away including sports leagues like the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and other sports organizations. Every athlete and those inside these sports organizations will have to face God just like me and you. On Judgment Day, there fame cannot help them, only a relationship with Jesus Christ can.

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons” (Acts 10:34).

This is why sports idolatry can be dangerous as you may not be aware of how your favorite athlete lives there life when the cameras are off. Imagine trying to emulate a certain athlete who might not even make it to heaven and be rejected by Jesus Christ on Judgment Day. Thus, the only person that we should emulate and look up to is Jesus Christ.

People can always disappoint us or turn against us, but God will be with us if we stay in his will and live for Jesus Christ. The time is running short as each day is showing how close we are to Jesus Christ returning to earth. Now is not the time for distractions as the second coming of Jesus Christ is at the door.

The enemy loves when people are distracted and sports is one of his main ways to keep people especially men’s minds off God. Let us not live for this temporary world as Jesus Christ is returning to judge every man according to their deeds. What we spend mot of our time doing and what we worship the most will play a part when God judges us.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him” (1 John 2:15).

As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not love this world as our love is in God. We worship God alone and no one else. Let us idolize Jesus Christ and put nothing above our Father in heaven. God bless.

A lot of people like myself were raised to think that a 9-5 job was the only sign of success. In school, many of us were taught to go to school, get a degree, graduate and get a good job working 20-40 years for a company.

Many people have a 9-5 job but what about from 5-9. Are you working on your dreams during that time or are you just fulfilling another person’s desires. Your dreams are just as important if not more than the company’s dream that you work for.

In today’s economy, a 9-5 is not just the only way to make it. You can start your own business and make more money than a 9-5 as a 9-5 is limited by how much they can pay you while having a business can earn infinite amounts of money. For example, your job might pay you 35/hr. and they may not be willing to give you a raise.

However, you can start a T-shirt business and make 10k a month or more as evident by successful entrepreneurs on platforms like Shopify or TikTok Shop. Many jobs nowadays are laying people off and many jobs are being replaced by robots/AI. This is leaving many people in fear wondering how they are going to find a job.

However, what if God is calling you to work for yourself. Many people work jobs that they don’t like often for money, insurance, they have no other choice etc. That is miserable to work a job for 20-40 years that you don’t really like and this explains why a person can be a nurse, doctor, lawyer or any other occupation and still be unhappy.

God has given many of you great gifts that you can put into your own business. You don’t have to work for someone else for life if you don’t enjoy it and the fact that you don’t enjoy it might show you that becoming an entrepreneur might be your calling.

You can start that business that you have been desiring for yourself and be successful. Yes, being an entrepreneur might seem rough at first but in the end it can pay off. The beautiful factor is that online businesses such as blogs, e-commerce, website creation and many more businesses are allowing people to make 6,7,8 and even 9 figures a year.

You don’t have to take out a large loan from the bank and start an in-person business as the loans and the monthly rent/mortgage can be very costly and stressful for a new entrepreneur. You can start an online business for free and generate large amounts of income without having to leave your house.

Imagine you don’t have to subscribe to someone’s rules over your life. Your boss might state that you have to be at work at 7am every morning and you have a family to take care of or a boss telling you that they denied your vacation because those days are taken and you have your kids graduation coming up. Your can either stay making a company rich or you can make your own business rich and live outside a job’s rules.

Even if you don’t want to become a full time entrepreneur, you can still start that business as a side hustle to make extra money or just for backup in case God forbid your job might start doing layoffs.

Relying on one job is not ideal because what if that job starts laying people off and now how are your bills going to be paid. You can be successful in being an entrepreneur and don’t let no one doubt you as your days ahead are very bright.

Today, too many people are living paycheck to paycheck and they are often one paycheck short of being homeless. God doesn’t want you to rely on one job barely struggling to get by. God wants his people to prosper in this world as even God himself made King Solomon the richest man (1 Kings 10:23). Many 9–5 jobs can be restrictive for followers of God as they can hinder spending time with God.

Many 9–5 jobs have been known to write, suspend or even terminate employees if they talk about Jesus Christ too much. We live in a world where many people hate truth and God’s word is the truth (John 14:6). You shouldn’t be bound to your company’s rules or threatened to be terminated based on relationship with God.

God wants better for you and he may place a vision in you to start your own business. Even if you don’t want to become a full time entrepreneur, it’s recommended to at least have a side business. In a time where many jobs are laying off workers, having a side business at least keeps income coming in rather than losing your job God forbid and having no money coming in.

Many 9–5 jobs have a fixed income where they won’t even pay you more money or what you deserve. However, with your own business your not bound by a certain income as you can unlimited income coming in. You can become a millionaire, billionaire or even trillionaire based of your own business.

There are rarely any 9–5 jobs that will pay you this kind of money. A 9–5 paying $20 an hour is not going to work in a time where rent, mortgage or other bills are going up. Especially in major cities like New York or Los Angeles where the cost of living is very high. Don't underestimate God’s purpose that he has assigned over your life. A Wicked Adulterous Generation That Hates Truth

We live in a generation where many people have a me mentality first. There primary concerns are themselves and living life how they choose to. Today’s generation has called good evil and evil is called good (Isaiah 5:20).

God’s truth has come to offend many people when it is preached in person or even written online. Many people are quick to say thou shall not judge but yet they judge every day. Many people have no problem obeying their boss, police officers, judges, the law etc. However, they seem to have a problem when God’s word is preached and when God’s people tell them to repent or perish.

Many people are quick to dress up for the next job interview or quick to follow their job’s dress code but yet they get mad when God says to flee sins such as fornication or adultery. They get mad and are willing to argue with Christians and try to downplay God’s word.

They say that the bible is a man made book but yet the bible goes against man’s natural desires showcasing proof of a holy, divine God. Even the bible itself says to judge righteously (John 7:24) and he who is spiritual judges all things (1 Corinthians 2:15).

We all judge to some extent which can be good or bad depending on the context. Judgment can be good as it is a sign of common sense and wisdom used to help enhance us. For example, if you saw a 6 ft 5 man walking down the street with a ski mask and a machete in his hand staring you down while smiling viciously. Your response most likely would be to cross the street, run away or call the police.

Yes, you judged the person before anything happened but that judgment could have potentially saved your life. Discernment from God itself is a form of judgment which is good because it helps to discern if a situation, person or place is beneficial. We all know that we are judged which is why we put on our best clothes and look our best as we know people will look at us based on how we carry ourselves.

If you truly say thou shall not judge then why don’t you go to work with your pants sagging with your hair uncombed with dirty shoes and a tank top on. You can tell your boss thou shall not judge but guess what, you would have to obey your job’s dress code or be terminated on the spot.

If we can take our boss, police officer or judge serious then why not take our creator God serious. God is serious and he means every word that he says which is why it is crucial to obey God. God will judge you on Judgment Day based off his word making it important to follow God.

If God’s word says that fornicators will not inherit the Kingdom Of Heaven (1 Corinthians 6:9), that is how he will judge an unrepented fornicator on Judgment Day. Nobody can save you from Gods judgment not even your favorite preacher who will stand in front of God as well.

When Christians warn you to repent and turn from sin, they are not looking down on you as we came from sin and God saved us. However, they are trying to help you as they know how bad hell/Lake of Fire is.

When someone truly loves you, they will tell you when your wrong to help you do better as a person rather than be a yes man. It’s best to listen to God and his true servants who are trying to help you. Rather than you going down your own path and suffering in eternal fire forever. God bless

The Importance Having The Right Company In Your Circle

Friendship is a very importance of aspect of life as the type of company that you surround yourself with can either make or break you. There is an old saying that birds of a feather flock together. This is said many times but many people truly never take heed to the message at hand. The people in your inner circle can play a significant part in you reaching your God ordained destiny or you falling short of what God had in store for you.

Let’s examine Jesus Christ for instance when he walked the earth 2,000 years, he chose the right friends to call his disciples. Jesus Christ picked 12 disciples who he knew would not only love him from there heart but also accomplish the will of God the Father and spread the gospel after he ascends to heaven. Of course, Jesus Christ did know that Judas was a devil but Judas’ role was to fulfill bible prophecy as Jesus Christ knew his intentions from the start.

The 12 disciples stayed with Jesus and helped spread the gospel especially after he ascended to heaven after being risen from the dead. Other examples of friends in the bible are Elijah and Elisha, David and Jonathan to name a few. They helped each other to not only grow in God but also to help each other reach their Godly promised land. These bible followers are an excellent example of having the right company around them to bring extraordinary changes to their lives.

However, let’s examine the other side of the coin in choosing the wrong friends and listening to the wrong company. Let’s look at the fallen angels who fell from heaven by listening to satan when he wanted to be like God and take over heaven (Revelation 12:3-4). They were kicked out of heaven along with satan and are now doomed for the Lake of Fire forever. This is a ideal example of the danger of following the wrong people and becoming friends with them.

How many times have we watched the news or heard from people personally of being betrayed by people they thought who were there friends. I have seen the news stories of people especially those in teens and 20s who were on there way to success. Many were aspiring entrepreneurs, artists, had high grades and planned on going to college but the wrong crowd drew them away. Now, many of them ended up struggling financially, going to prison and some even ended up dead. All because they had the wrong company around them.

A personal testimony that I can tell you is from a family member of mine who went to a church in the early 2000s and there was a man who was on the fence of giving his life to Jesus Christ. He would start to go up for the altar call for those who would love to give their life to Christ but he would always hesitate and turn back. One day, the pastor spoke to him and said that he needs to give his life to Jesus Christ now because God showed the pastor the man was going to die soon.

He started to go up but his girlfriend at the time told him to not go, he listened to his girlfriend and stayed back. Right after service ended, he rode his motorcycle down the street, was struck and killed on the spot by a car. At his funeral, the girlfriend gave her life to Jesus Christ after seeing what happened. She now has the chance to go to heaven after she dies. However, unfortunately the boyfriend is now burning in hell and will be thrown into the Lake of Fire after Judgment Day. All because he listened to his girlfriend over God.

You need friends or potential spouses who will want to see you grow in God and live a life pleasing to God to fulfill your God ordained destiny. If your friends with or in a relationship with someone who wants you to forsake God, you must distance yourself from that person. If you keep them around, they will hinder your life and your walk with God. A true friend or spouse will want to see you please God and accomplish everything that God has in store for you. “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed(Proverbs 13:20).

“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend” (Proverbs 27:17). For you to grow and accomplish greatness, you need other people who are heading in the same direction. For instance, you don’t see a pro boxer training with someone who sits down and eats chips and pizza all day. They would never grow and get better as a boxer. Well the same applies to us as we need to examine our circle and see if the people around us are lifetime friends or seasonal friends whose time is now up. God bless.

Proverbs 31 Women Vs Worldly Women

Many men nowadays tend to have a tendency to pick the wrong women to marry and called themselves their wives. Often times, you hear men say that there are no good women left, all these women aren’t loyal or they have created movements called Men Going There Own Way (MGTOW) basically giving up on women.

However, these men fail to realize that it’s not that all women are bad but they are picking the wrong women. Many men are bound by there flesh and tend to choose worldly women whose mindset is based on the flesh and not the spirit of the living God.

They tend to chase the seductive Instagram or OnlyFans models along with women who love to go to the club, party, get drunk, smoke, show off pictures of there body and have a more negative mindset.

These men chase these women and then they complain that there are no good women left. However, the truth is you are pursuing the wrong women. Worldly women are a dime a dozen as we see them every day on the street and it’s easy to identify the traits.

Many women today possess a Jezebel/ Delilah spirit living for the world instead of The Most High God. However, a Godly woman is the complete opposite. A Proverbs 31 Virtuous woman is God- fearing and carries the traits of a woman who is wife material. Some of the traits of a Proverbs 31 Woman includes

  • God- Fearing

  • Humble

  • A quiet/ meek spirit

  • Feminine/Loving

  • Modest

  • Loving

  • Knows How To Cater To Her Husband

  • More of a Homebody

  • Noncombative

  • Knows How to Listen

  • Has Wisdom

These are the main traits of a Proverbs 31 woman. She doesn’t need to walk around showing off her body by wearing seductive clothing to get a man’s attention. She stands out as Proverbs 31 women are more harder to find than worldly women who are vast.

A Proverbs 31 Woman is not at the club twerking while men are on top of her, she is most likely at home reading a book or praying to God. Too many men are going to clubs or parties thinking that they will find a good woman.

These men are sorely mistaken as the chance of a Godly woman being in these settings are extremely slim to none. A Proverbs 31 woman is most likely at home, church, the library or even walking around your local neighborhood exercising such as jogging.

The sad scenario is that many men tend to find Godly women more boring compared to worldly women and this is why many men get hurt and become bitter towards women. A Godly woman stands out because she is different as she isn’t guided by societal trends but by the word of God.

Many worldly women have no problem having various sex partners increasing their chances of catching STD’s. However, a Godly woman won’t be having sex with just anybody as her body is restricted only to her husband. The only one who knows what underneath her clothes look like is her husband and God.

She isn’t on Instagram “thirst trapping” taking pictures of her breasts or butt to get views and likes. The way a Proverbs 31 woman carries herself garners more respect from real men because she is different and carries herself like a true lady. She can take correction and admit when she is in the wrong.

The Proverbs 31 woman is the ultimate wife for a man to have but far too often, many men choose worldly women over Godly women. The enemy would love for men to give up on marriage as this aligns with his agenda to destroy families, stop babies from being born and cause more men to turn to homosexuality or pornography.

Men choosing to leave women alone stops procreation in marriage and this hinders the growth of more babies being born which limits more people coming into the world and becoming followers of God. The enemy is at work corrupting a lot of men’s minds with half naked seductive girls on social media and in the mainstream media making it look like they are the ideal wife.

However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. A Proverbs 31 woman is the ideal wife as they not only fear God but they know how to love their husband and help take care of their household. Men who are reading this, pay attention to some of the signs that I just named to help identify the difference between worldly and Godly women.

You want to avoid falling for the enemy’s schemes and to avoid marrying the wrong woman. These signs help you to recognize the right woman when God sends your God ordained wife vs when the enemy sends a counterfeit worldly woman who will wreck your life mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Prayer Needs To Be Back In School

It wasn’t uncommon 60 years ago in the United States for kids to begin school by doing daily prayer. Christianity was a major aspect in many schools across the United States and still is essential in schools in other parts of the world.

Was society fully perfect back then? Definitely not as issues such as racism or discrimination plagued many countries across the globe especially the United States. However, Christianity was still a key part in the school system.

Then laws such as the Abington School District v. Schempp (1963) and Engel v. Vitale (1962) proposed that enforcing students to pray and do mandatory bible readings were unconstitutional.

Students today still have the option to pray in private during school on a individual basis but it is not enforced for the whole school. Ever since prayer was taken out of the school, we are seeing more issues happening in today’s school as the enemy has taken hold of many schools.

Issues such as drugs, alcohol and sex are plaguing many schools with kids experimenting in these factors at a young age even in elementary school. Kids are now being peer pressured to engage in sin before they even reach their teenage years.

Kids and teens are now sneaking weapons into schools with reports of guns and knives being found on students in schools. This is one part of the spectrum. There has been an influx of school shootings with people walking into the schools shooting and killing innocent kids and teachers.

Innocent kids and teens are now losing their lives before they even reach adulthood. Many people would blame guns and request for guns to banned. However, there are pictures and reports of kids bringing rifles to schools in the 1950’s and 1960’s for gun clubs or safety courses.

There were little to no school shootings back then which showcases the main point that guns aren’t the main culprit. Back then many people even kids were raised to have a fear of God and taking someone’s life for evil reasons would lead them to hell fire after they die.

There should be more supervision on firearms due to factors such as criminals but it’s not the main source behind today’s issues in the schools. Many young people today aren’t taught to have a fear of God at school or by their parents. Society has dropped their standards and it’s reflecting in the incoming generations.

Now, you have more young people who are ready to kill their fellow classmates and teachers sometimes over petty reasons. God is the ultimate protection and when you remove prayer from schools, you remove the hand of God. Now this invites Satan, demons and the fallen angels in to wreck havoc and demonize people.

With society straying away more from the word of God and more people leaving Christianity, society will get even worse in the future sadly. The best option for many Christian parents is to enroll their children in a private Christian school or to homeschool them. This helps kids to learn more about the ways of God and avoid the temptations of public school.

However, for families who can’t afford private school or homeschooling, the best option is to pray for your kids and other kids in public school. Ask for God’s angels to be surround them and for God’s hand to be upon them. Help teach your kids more about God as when you train up a child in the ways of God, they won’t depart from the faith (Proverbs 22:6).

Are there some kids who leave the faith who grew up in Christian households? Yes but they are more adequate at avoiding temptation and sin vs children who grew up in atheist households. Parents can’t be with their kids 24/7 but the least they can do is give them the tools such as the bible and teaching them about God to resist the schemes of the enemy.

Satan loves to target young people because if they can destroy them from a young age, they are more likely to be destroyed when they reach adulthood. Whether you have children, little siblings, young family members such as cousins or even people with no kids or young family members let’s pray for the next generation.

Lust VS Attraction: What God Intended To Be Good

One of the main issues that many people have today even in the church is identifying the difference between lust and affection. Often times, many Christians are scared to speak on this topic fearing how they would be judged by family, friends and other church members. This topic is often seen as taboo but it is essential to discuss the difference between lust vs attraction. Now let’s dive into it: what is the difference between lust vs attraction.

The main difference behind lust vs attraction is the main intention behind it. Are you pursuing another person for marriage or are you viewing them as just a sex object.

It is natural to have feelings towards the opposite sex as God naturally put those feelings inside of us. For instance, as a man it is natural to feel nervous, happy or have other feelings towards a woman especially a woman whom you may find physically attractive.

God put those feelings in you towards the opposite sex as there designed are designed for marriage and to bring forth children as God said be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28).

If you meet a person of the opposite sex and your main intention is seeking the Lord to see if this is your God ordained spouse and your long- term goal is marriage, this is not lust. Your main intentions is to get to know that person such as talking to them, going out to eat dinner at a restaurant such as Red Lobster or a walk in the park. Your courting that person as a potential spouse without committing sexual sin such as fornication or sexual immorality.

Lust on the other hand is based on sexualizing the other person as a sexual object and not viewing them as God’s creation made in his image. Lust plays on the part of getting a quick fix such as a one night stand and leaving that person afterwards. Sexual sins such as fornication or adultery don’t just happen without a person first lusting after another which starts in their mind and heart.

This is why Jesus said lust is equal to adultery of the heart as it plays on sexually objectifying a person and just being interested in their private parts.

“But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart”(Matthew 5:28).

This is why content such as pornography, onlyfans and various other sexual content is considered lust and sin. You may not be fornicating with that person in person but your lusting after them because your viewing them only in a sexual manner. Your not looking to get to know that person or courting them as a potential spouse . You just care about seeing their body parts and getting your quick pleasure in mentally or through physical acts of sexual immorality such as masturbation. It makes it even worse since your watching this content and your viewing their naked body parts highlighting the sexual objectification of the next person.

It is ok to have natural affection as God put it in us towards the opposite sex as it is used in marriage to produce children and to have a healthy sex life with your spouse.

Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency” (1 Corinthians 7:5).

Every thing that God creates is good including natural affection however the enemy tries to pervert God’s creation and turn it into sin. Satan loves sins such as fornication, adultery, pornography because it perverts your mind and leads to eternal fire.

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

It is okay as a follower of Christ to experience different feelings when you see the opposite sex. Especially for the young Christians in their prime years such as late teens, 20’s and early 30’s whose sex drive can sometimes be high. However, do not sin and lust after that person.

Learn self control through fasting and prayer along with following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Now under the direction of God when you meet a woman as a man or you meet a man as a woman, you court them under God’s direction. You ask the Holy Spirit if this is your ordained spouse. You get to know them without any sexual contact being made and within 6 months - year a proposal shall be made with plans to get married.

You restrict sexual contact before marriage such as

  • no hugging chest to chest sexually

  • no mouth to mouth kissing/ tongue kissing

  • No sleeping/ living together

  • No sexual feeling of body parts

You get to know the person and learn about their personality, their traits, dislikes/likes etc. You view the person as a human being made in God’s precious image and not as their body parts.

Satan’s Three Main Temptations Against Humans

Satan the fallen angel has hated humanity since God created Adam and Eve. Since human beings were created in God’s image, he is always looking to destroy humans and to lead many to eternal fire. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8).

Contrary to popular belief, Satan is not dumb as he is a cunning fallen angel who goes around the world studying people without many people knowing. Satan watches how you move such as your likes and dislikes to see what he can use against you. Satan will often use your favorite desires and weaknesses to tempt you into sin and disobeying God.

For instance, if your a man and you love women with a certain body figure or hair, he will draw a woman like that your way similar to Samson and Delilah. If your a woman and you like tall men who make 6 figures for example, Satan will look to draw a demonic man with those qualities to you. Just like how God can bring people into your life so can satan which is why having discernment and a deep relationship with God is essential.

Satan has been using the same tricks since the beginning of time that has destroyed many people and has caused many people to die in their sins and end up in hell. Satan has primarily used three main temptations that has destroyed many men and women. The three main temptations that Satan uses are money, power and sex.

The first temptation money has caused many people to fall into sin and give up on God. Satan can always send someone your way offering you money but there is a deadly sinful price to getting that money. This includes sinning against God which explains why many porn stars and onlyfans models are rich because they getting rich off sin. Many people desire to have money and be rich which is why it’s a strong temptation that satan uses to destroy people.

For instance, satan might allow someone to send you an offer to be a onlyfans model making over 6 or 7 figures a year but you have to take pictures of your body as part of the offer. Many people unfortunately would accept the offer causing them to engage in the sin of lust, sexual immorality and to cause others to fall into sin.

The second temptation is power as many people love to have power and to be in charge. Power was the main temptation that satan used to try to tempt Jesus Christ after his 40 day fast.

“Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple. And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve” (Matthew 4:5-10).

Satan tired to get Jesus Christ to commit suicide in telling him that God the Father will send his angels to catch him as he is the Son of God. Next, he tried to tempt Jesus Christ by offering him the kingdoms of this world if he worshipped Satan. Satan tried to use giving Jesus Christ more power in having kingdoms and using his divine authority as the Son of God against him.

If Satan can try to tempt Jesus Christ like this, you think he won’t try it with us. For instance, Satan can send a record label producer your way if your an artist. They might offer you 10 million dollar and give you the top position of the company calling all the shots. However, only if you make drill rap making you rap about killing people and robbing innocent victims. Many people unfortunately would accept this deal and fall into sin as God will judge every idle word even in songs (Matthew 12:36-37).

The third temptation which is sex is a powerful and dangerous one since God created us with natural feelings towards the opposite sex. Some people may refuse the money and power but sexual temptation is where many people stumble. Satan watches you in the spiritual realm even when you don’t know it. Sexual temptation destroyed great men in the bible such as King David, Samson and King Solomon.

Since Satan studies humans, he often knows what your attracted to and he will try to use it against you. For instance, if your a man who loves women with a more curvy figure, he can send a demonic woman your way with that same body figure who might appear nice. She may start off appearing nice like how Delilah did with Samson and then ask she might ask you fornicate with her or to go rob someone for her drawing you into sin.

Satan knows that many women love tall men who they deem attractive. Satan can send a tall man your way who might have a high paying job. He appears nice at first until you get drawn into sin. That same man might ask you to fornicate with him or to denounce Jesus Christ to start partying and smoking with him. Now your drawn into sin forsaking God.

Satan is very deceptive as he will send opportunities your way making it look like it’s coming from God but it’s really him. This is one of the reasons why God said to be sober and vigilant to help you stay on the alert. It’s easy for Satan to destroy a person when they are high and drunk as their senses are dull and their in sin.

Don’t underestimate the enemy as he will try to use your desires against you which is why it’s important to fast and pray to weaken the flesh. Stay rooted in the word of God and ask God for stronger discernment.

Satan wants you to get caught in sin because if you die right there, you will end up in a fiery hell. For instance, if you as a woman fell for Satan’s traps and you went on a date with that man. If you went out with him to party and smoke instead of going to church that night and you accidentally drug overdose, you died in sin.

Satan wants you get caught in dying in open sin as he wants as many people in the Lake of Fire with him. Satan knows how beautiful heaven is as he used to be there as one of God’s angels. Satan’s temptations are temporary and will hurt you while God’s blessings will give you peace and last long-term.

Be on the look out as Satan is seeking to destroy many people as he has led millions of people throughout centuries to hell with these main three temptations. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7). God bless.

Leaving The World Behind

Many people like to talk about following God and the wonders of being a Christian. You have just given your life to Jesus Christ. Now your apart of the kingdom of heaven and you are now God’s child. However, now a sacrifice must be made to fully be used by God and to avoid being a lukewarm Christian.

Leaving the world behind can be hard for many new Christians and even those who have been in the faith for a long time. What used to seem fun now has to be put to the side for Christ’s sake. “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me” (Matthew 16:24). Following Jesus Christ is not just about words but also about action.

Leaving the world behind means leaving the wild parties behind, fornication, getting drunk and smoking etc. What seemed cool to you at some point now must be restricted in order to go higher in God. You must now seek holiness and righteousness to even enter the Kingdom of Heaven in the end. “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14).

Pursuing a lifestyle that pleases God is a must in order to make into the Kingdom of Heaven. You won’t be perfect or without mistakes but striving for God and allowing the Holy Spirit to convict you even in your wrongs is essential. This is needed as God has now chosen you to be set apart from the world. “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you” (2nd Corinthians 6:17).

Come out from the world as you are a new creation in Christ. You are not better than anybody but you must choose the narrow path. Yes, you might lose friends, family members or coworkers but it must be done because God has chosen you out of the world. Now you must fulfill your calling as a Christian or risk falling back into the world.

It may seem fun to be apart of the world as being worldly comes with popularity many times but it will pay a price in the end. “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” (Proverbs 14:12). Being worldly and following the crowd seems fun but this just leads to eternal damnation in the end.

It seems fun to many people to smoke their weed, get drunk, party all night, fornicate, commit adultery etc. Only for many people of these to die in their sins without repentance and end up in hell and then be thrown into the Lake of Fire after Judgment Day.

The narrow path is few but it leads to eternal life as the broad path leads to destruction (Matthew 7:13 -14). Time is running short family and many people including a lot of Christians will not make it to the Kingdom of Heaven. Let’s repent, be set apart and keep our minds focused on Jesus Christ.

Though we are born and physically exist in the world, we are not apart of it spiritually. Our real world is the Kingdom of Heaven. Don’t get caught up in the distraction as this life is temporary but eternity is forever. God bless


There is a difference in following Jesus Christ and being a believer. Followers of Christ are real christians who follow God’s will over their won. Believers know Jesus Christ is real but they live life on there own terms and not obeying what God wants them to do.
